Take a break from your workday with Yoga, a scientific system designed to bring the practitioner health, happiness and a greater sense of Self.  Explore the power of Yoga while building strength and flexibility. Yoga utilizes stretching postures, breathing, and meditation techniques to calm the emotional state and the mind, and tone the body.  Once class is finished, head back to work with a greater sense of inner calm and tranquility!
