 Dr. Toni Vaughan has worked in the medical field since 1988. Prior to becoming a Naturopathic Physician, she worked as a Respiratory Therapist in a variety of hospital settings, including intensive care, emergency room, pediatrics and long term care.
Dr. Vaughan received her B.S. in Biology from the University of South Florida and her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona.
Dr. Vaughan’s background in hospital care, combined with her training and experience in Integrative Medicine provide the foundation for her comprehensive treatment approach. She has successfully worked with Diabetes, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Asthma, Menopause, Weight-Loss issues, and many other health concerns.
As a successful author, lecturer and teacher, Dr. Vaughan provides health and disease management training through classes and webinars to AIM patients, corporate employee groups and community organizations. She also supervises the AIM Nutrition program.
In April 2010 she was recognized as a "Top Doctor" in Phoenix Magazine.

 Dr. Julie Gorman, a licensed Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist, has been with the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine Center since 2001.
As a primary care physician, she specializes in comprehensive care for chronic illnesses including: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Autoimmune illnesses and Chronic Pain. She also works with Women's health and hormonal issues such as Infertility, Menopause and Bio-identical Hormone therapy. Dr. Gorman also has advanced certification in Environmental Medicine & Detoxification. She provides evaluation, testing and treatment for heavy metal exposures, multiple-chemical sensitivities and other environmental illnesses.
Dr. Gorman is a 1991 graduate of Arizona State University where she received a B.A. and a Master's in Mass Communication. She completed her medical training at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona and she has also earned an additional 4-year Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture.

 Dr. Tracy Magerus offers general naturopathic primary care with a special focus in women's health. She specializes in treating women experiencing hormonal issues, whether from the menopause transition or other reproductive difficulties such as infertility and PMS. She uses bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, IV nutrient therapy, classical homeopathy, botanical formulations, acupuncture and hydrotherapy as the core of her practice. She combines these modalities to create an individualized treatment plan which enable her patients to reach their health goals.
She is passionate about creating a partnership with her patients to transform their health and ensure optimal wellness. Using cutting edge medical technology combined with ancient wisdom, she treats the whole person and searches for the root cause of her patient's suffering. She does this by creating a treatment plan based on all aspects of her patient's lives: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and occupational. By addressing all aspects of wellness, a true transformation can take place.
Dr. Magerus graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University. During her undergraduate days, she discovered naturopathic medicine and was so inspired by the philosophy that she knew that this would be her life's work. This is the medicine of the future! Dr. Magerus received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and completed a one-year general practice residency at the Southwest Naturopathic Medical Center with a focus in women's health.
Dr. Magerus is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association and is undergoing certification to be a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner. She has a special interest in teaching and continues as adjunct faculty at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine supervising student rotations, teaching clinical skills and gynecology.
In her spare time, Dr. Magerus enjoys many outdoor activities such as gardening, camping and hiking as well as a passion for cooking.

 Stacy Maxwell is the Nutrition and Wellness Coach at AIM Center. She began her career in nutritional counseling in 1995 and went on to complete her holistic nutrition and life coaching training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
As a certified Lifestyle Educator, Stacy’s training in medical nutrition enables her to counsel patients on how to make the best food choices for their specific health challenges such as diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, digestive issues, and overweight/obesity.
With her passion for good food and good clean living, Stacy’s focus is on educating and coaching her clients to live balanced, healthful lives � nutritionally, physically, and emotionally.
Stacy offers easy-to-follow, personalized food plans well as group and corporate wellness lectures and services.

As our Patient Care Coordinator � Chandra will usually be your first contact with our office. She is here to answer you questions and schedule you with the best provider for your specific health challenges.
As our Insurance Verification Specialist � she helps our patients get reimbursement for our services. Whether you have a PPO plan, a Health Savings Account (HSA) or have coverage through Auto/Accident/Medpay, she will explain your insurance benefits and submit claims to your insurance company.
